Strategic Plan
WADSA’s STRATEGIC PLAN sets the overarching strategic direction for a 5 year period. However, like the Associations Business Plan and the Operation Plan, it is reviewed annually. It gives broad information about the organisation as a whole. In particular it lists 5 Key Result Areas (KRAs) on which WADSA intends to focus for the next 5 years, and states the strategic focus for the next 12 months.
