The Association plays a league competition on Saturdays which includes rugby, soccer and hockey.
The new season of Power Football will also begin on Saturday October the 9th from 12 till 3pm in the Gym at Rocky Bay, 60 McCabe St Mosman Park.
Power Football is an international sport with Europe and North America the power centres for the sport, the international body for Power Football or FIPFA has held world cups for the sport with the next one to be held in Paris in 2011. Australia has just started to adopt Power Football with WA and NSW the first to embrace it and planning is underway for a National Championships to be held in Sydney in August next year, we hope to be sending a WA side to this competition.
Power Football is also being considered to become a Paralympic Sport which is great as there is now a pathway for someone from WA with a disability who uses an electric wheelchair to get to the Paralympics.
Power Football has a bright future and we are hoping to get more people on board.
