Committee Roles and Responsibilities
Aim: To ensure that WADSA is governed effectively and efficiently, guided by specific plans, roles and responsibilities for the Management Committee.
Aim: To maintain an appropriate and accountable fiduciary model.
Aim: To maintain a diverse fundraising base inclusive of sponsorship, foundations, public appeals, user pay and service contracts.
Aim: To maintain a system which ensures that appropriately skilled individuals are available to meet the needs of the association plans.
Policy and Planning
Aim: To have in place quality plans and policies developed through a quality systematic process to guide the associations operations.
Aim: To maintain service quality through a comprehensive ongoing system of evaluation, review, research, planning and activity delivery.
