Operations

WADSA’s Operational Plans reflect the activity level of the Association inclusive of measurable indicators and evaluation measures. Operational Plans are updated on an ongoing basis and formally reviewed each year.

There are two categories of Operational Plans,

  • Activity Operational Plans
    The 25 Activity Operation Plans represent the Program delivery to people with disabilities. These plans are combined into 12 Operational Areas.
  • Governance Plans
    The 6 Governance Operational Plans represent the framework required by the association to deliver the activities effectively and efficiently within an accountability framework.
