Sport and Recreation Advice

Sport and Recreation Advisory and Information Service

WADSA has identified through hands on experience that many of the reasons why people with disabilities are not involved in physical activities is because they are unaware of what they can do and where they can do it.

WADSA provides quality promotional materials, advice and information on call and via our website, monthly e-newsletter and Facebook page to the general community and stakeholders on opportunities available for people with disabilities in sport and recreation.

The WADSA website gets approximately 10,500 hits per year which provides a great base to provide people with disabilities and their support networks with information on what they can do and where they can do it.

For further information please contact the WADSA office on (08) 9470 1442 or email reception@wadsa.org.au.

Visit WADSA’s “Activities” pages on our website to see over 200 contacts by activity or location. Register for WADSA’s “Participation Bulletin Updates” monthly e-newsletter to keep up to date on new WADSA, Member Clubs and Community Provider activities and news.
