About the Event
Join us for a fun-filled day of exploration and excitement at WADSAs Act Belong Commit Stand Up Paddle Board and Metal Detecting at Bicton Baths on Thursday December 5, 2024 from 11.00am – 12.00pm.
Test your balance and enjoy a day on the water with stand up paddle boarding. Get involved in Metal detecting, searching for treasure along the banks. Commit by doing something meaningful and enjoyable for you. Whatever your passion, participating in activities linked to this passion can protect and improve your mental health.
This activity is open to adults with disabilities of all ability levels, 18+. A support person will be required to stay for the duration of the activity for behavioral and personal care support.
Please note, this is a water-based activity. All participants will be required to wear a life jacket and should have a basic level of water competency.
Support Staff/Family are not required to purchase a ticket to attend to support a participant. please only book for the person participating as tickets are limited.
