Swimmers from Superfins WA, Special Olympics WA, Esperance Swim Club and Rockingham Swim Club, alongside individual entrants, competed in races from 25 to 400 metres. With support from the WADSA team and volunteers, swimmers of all abilities and experience levels enjoyed a day of competition.

Event Highlights Included:

  • Geoffrey Scott received the Sue Knox Award for his exceptional spirit, courage, bravery and determination.
  • 18 dedicated volunteers helped make the event possible.
  • Jye Slotegraaf was nominated for WADSA Junior Sports Star of the Year following his outstanding performance on the day.
  • Fuel to Go & Play provided fruit and healthy refuelling snacks.
  • We welcomed back swimmers from previous events and new faces taking part for the first time.
  • Swimmers of all abilities and experience levels challenged themselves, encouraged each other and enjoyed a rewarding day of friendly competition and celebration.
