With over 40 years of experience, WADSA is the leading organisation for promoting the participation of people with disabilities in sports and recreation throughout Western Australia. It offers a wide range of services to its member organisations and works to advocate for inclusivity in the community.
While WADSA has traditionally focused on delivering face-to-face training for support workers, we have now embraced eLearning to make its training more accessible. This shift to online learning allows WADSA to reach a broader audience, fostering greater inclusion and expanding its impact.
The online training modules offer support workers across Western Australia the opportunity to further develop their skills and knowledge, enabling them to better assist individuals with disabilities in accessing sports and recreational activities within the community.
