About us

Dance Heroes provides a welcoming environment for participants, families and support workers. Each week features a fresh, exciting theme from cheerleading, 80’s hits, MJ classics, disco, movie themes and much more.

Our movement to music program is designed to support a wide range of NDIS goals. Our sessions help participants to: build confidence and self-expression; improve physical wellbeing; develop social and communication skills; strengthen emotional regulation; build connections and participate in community activities.

Louise, Founder and Instructor has a Bachelor of Sports Science, a degree in Education, a former Dance School owner of 20 years, and a proud Mum of a son with Autism. Louise is passionate about engaging and inspiring people of all ages and abilities. Louise loves to create welcoming, supportive, joyful environments where people can bring life to their creative expression.
