This is a free, weekly ‘come and try’ opportunity open to people of all abilities to experience this fast-paced team-sport in an adaptive and welcoming environment.

Sitting Volleyball is a version of volleyball played on a smaller court, with a lower net and players sit on the floor. It is a game which is often played in a mixed format with people of range of ages and abilities able to play together. No previous experience is necessary, coaching and games are included in the sessions. Note: players must be able to sit upright on the floor without assistance.

Everyone is welcome – come for 1 session or all of them, no requirement for ongoing commitment. Bring your friends and family!
