Each program is created to cater to the personal needs and goals of the participant. We work to increase flexibility, strength and mobility, as well as improve coordination and communication skills, whilst making our classes enjoyable! These programs vary depending on the individual, and involve floor work and trampoline time which ranges from gentle rebounding to bouncing. Time on the trampoline is exceptionally valuable as it provides the individual the opportunity to increase or decrease muscle tone, improve fitness and tolerance to exercise. The environment we create is great for sensory stimulation, promoting relaxation and improving communication skills.
