About us
Adaptive Volley is a form of volleyball where the equipment and rules have been modified to enable participants of all abilities to participate in the sport.
These adaptations include a modified net, a smaller court area, a variety of balls (softer, lighter) for new players to be confident in acquiring skills, and rule modifications.
Participants are introduced to all aspects of volleyball including serving, digging, setting, spiking and blocking in a fun and inclusive environment.
Carers and support workers are welcome to join in the activities.
