WESA serves as the leading organisation for Powerchair Sport in Western Australia.

As a non-profit entity, it is operated by a dedicated group of volunteers committed to offering sporting opportunities for individuals who use electric wheelchairs.

WESA oversees local leagues for Powerchair Hockey and Powerchair Football, and is represented at National Competitions in both sports by its State Team, the Western Wasps.

Our primary objective is to create pathways for individuals, both children and adults, living with disabilities to establish meaningful connections, foster self-development, and achieve their sporting aspirations at local, national, and international levels.
