Participation
Swan valley adventure centre was our base for the week, and was a great location. With nice communal spaces for activities and downtime, with the heat pump in the lounge being a favorite feature.
Wednesday was the big day with breakfast onsite followed by everyone getting dressed up in their best for the theatre. We all enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Merry well, then it was straight across the street to Crown Theatre for two hours forty minutes of high energy Michael Jackson Song and Dance (Mostly from the stage, and some from us). After dinner that night we all unwound with some casino style games and made our own mocktails.
On Thursday we ventured out to Fremantle for a Circus Workshop run by Circus WA, we learnt some new skills, and everyone had a great time spinning plates, hula hoops and ourselves. Then it was off to enjoy a picnic in the park and explore Fremantle with a few stops along way for Op shopping and ice cream.
Our last night was spent together with a meal out at Bailey Brewing, and a movie night at our accommodation, where fittingly we watched Michael the movie.
